Happy Halloween everyone,
I can tell you now no other finishes for me this month. Sewing the binding on Therese's quilt today since I had to finish the quilting on my Singer 127! Was so frustrated with the Monkey Wards machine, the motor need to be refurbish and I wanted to get this done. So looked around at what was in cabinets and remembered that the new one we received, as a trade with a woodworking project was functional. ( still cleaning and making it look nice ) So out it came, I was surprised at how much a shuttle bobbin will hold. I didn't have to change bobbins as much as I thought I would, and it was a little slower that what I'm use to but it was nice and steady. Very easy to get into the grove of quilting on it. So when I give it to her next week I can tell her it was quilted with a machine that was made in 1919
I will take another picture when it's done.
