belfrey If it was me, I’d add something bright & cheerful for the sashing. Even though you’ve got 16” blocks the quilt will be quite small without any sashing added. Your’s is a truly scrappy quilt, something I have a hard time doing myself. I always have to have rhyme & reason in anything I make. Controlled scrappy is as close as I’ve ever gotten & did pretty good with this quilt train. I really love the beginning of your medallion quilt. Now there’s a quilt along I could get into!
Thanks for your input. But I'm not going to take the quilt apart to add more sashing.

64" square seems to be a good size for a charity quilt. I prefer rectangular quilts, but didn't want to do any more piecing to extend it.

I like your colour choices. Controlled scappy quilts always seem so peaceful compared to full-on scrappy.
