I love your quilt or rather, your children's quilt you made for them. I have been wanting to make one myself. I went to Hamilton, Missouri recently and bought some charm packs and some layer cakes. I may use the layer cakes in a quilt like this as I hate to cut them they are so pretty-lol- This shadowing would really show them off. Thanks for sharing your idea.
Have fun with it! I used gray for my shadows, but many people use black. I chose gray because they have gray in their house.
