Made the Worlds Best Cookies this week and shared them with my neighbors. I liked them, alot, because they are good 'dunkers' for your coffee! Kinda sorta like a loaded shortbread cookie with good flavor. The cookies were not super moist so a few of the neighborhood testers (that aren't coffee drinkers) said they were just okay. Thank you for sharing. My friend is making these for me for Christmas. I think like with all recipes, you can tweak them to meet your needs. So those that don’t like coconut can omit. I’m kind of excited to have a cookie without chocolate although of course, who doesn’t like chocolate. Actually, I have a few friends that aren’t keen on chocolate. I will definitely have mine with coffee. Yum.
