I have the HQ Fushion and upgraded my tension to the one with the digital readout (easy set). It was a whole new tension assembly so really easy to screw the old one out and put the new one in, and then hook up the power leads and sticky tape the readout to the front of the machine. The tension assembly isn't really any different it just has the sensor. You set it the same as the old one by turning it, but you know if you are going the correct way and how much.

It's been a live saver for me, I never could get a good feel for setting tension without it. BTW - there are no hard numbers to go by, you learn what works for your machine. I've read many people use settings in the 300-400 range but on mine they read 500-700 range. I know my tension is not tighter, it's just how the gauge reads.
