Excuse me while I wipe the drool off my chin. LOL Your quilting is outstanding! The thought process is the same as I go through, but the results? Oh, my-- no comparison. I have never even considered ruler work--not sure I have the patience, but that's not to say I won't someday. I've learned to never say never about my tastes and ambitions --they do change. I am inspired and awestruck by your vision.
And thank you for the quote "do the hardest thing you and you won't be disappointed." I should print that out and post in my sewing room. Never have I been disappointed when I've pushed myself and succeeded--or even pushed and fallen short of my ideal. Your quilt has broadened my idea of what's possible.
