I have always used pellon 911 and have used a damp towel to iron it to the t-shirts. I wet the towel, wring it out and then steam the pellon on...( i also get a facial, haha). I have found that it sticks very well and have no trouble. Another plus is that I don't get any glue/gunk on my iron.
