My favorite instapot recipe is baby back ribs. Buy a rack, rub with only salt and pepper. Instapot for 28 min. with 1 cup of apple cider vinegar and 1 cup of coke-a-cola for liquid in the bottom. Throw on cookie sheet, brush on bbq sauce, cook for 10 min in 400 degree oven. Done. Better than any restaurant. Dinner guest give rave reviews. Something I never successfully made in 40 years of cooking. enjoy your new adventure.
