I have always hand quilted my quilts and love the calmness I feel when sitting at my quilt frame. It is very relaxing. But there are times I am short on time and wish I had the experience of machine quilting. Since I have arthritis in my hands, I do not know how much longer I will be able to hand quilt larger projects, so the baby quilt I am working on now will be my first attempt at fm quilting. Hopefully it will work out and I will have the option of either hand or machine quilting.
