Here is a pattern for just the birds. It is possible someone made this up as a sampler using the bird blocks and other common blocks like 9P and maple leaf.

Edited to add, this appears to be the designers blog spot with a close up of the bird block. Looks like it wouldn't be to terribly difficult to draft out yourself
