I had the blocks given to me. very rough cut. Squared them up. Added fussy cut pine cones and side what I called grass then around outside sliced round logs. The dark green around heads puzzled my mind for awhile .
I wanted to put sashing between blocks . But wanted stars to form. Counted figure out how to make a 2 1/2 by 4 1/2 rectangle point to point . maybe next tops.
