Sometimes if they are a gift, I will put a little label folded in half & sewed in with the binding sticking out. I have some pre-made little labels that say "Made with love by
my name". I generally don't label my larger quilts but will always put this little sew on label to the edge of the quilt. I know I should make labels that tell more info but I just don't do that. They are little sew in labels like these:
