Do you have several icons in the quick reply box? You will need the one with the tiny tree ( 3 over from the smiley face) to post pictures. If not, you go to the top of QB page and click on settings, you want to check WYSIWYG for the icons. As for posting a profile, as you can see by my lack of one, I can’t help.
