Congratulations! I remember getting my sewing room after my daughter moved out. She bought her condo so she took almost everything with her. She left a tall IKEA cabinet because she would have needed to dismantle it to get it out of the room and a large book shelf (also IKEA) because it didn't fit the coloring in her new home. So it has been great for me. You will love having all that space.
