One Seam Flying Geese method. Easiest flying geese I ever made and fast. There is some waste but I needed save time not fabric.
I like the one seam method too. The 'pockets' can be flipped back and stitched making curved flying geese. So many design ideas using them. I would stitch the pockets closed if sending to a long armer. They are super fast to make and perfect everytime. Sometimes saving time is more important then saving fabric.
