Sorry to say that I can't recommend Deb Tucker's wing clipper ruler. I cut a complete lap quilt with this ruler and I've been having a devil of a time assembling it. I followed her directions exactly and couldn't get the lines to match up and now the 1/4" seams are not lining up at assembly either.
