Nice! May i ask if you bought your cutting table -- the one with 2 drawers, casters, and the green mat on top -- and if so, where you got it? I'm cutting on my dining room table, and oh, my back! I'd love a table like yours that is a reasonable size and I could move easily, if necessary.

If you don't have extra space for a taller table, raise yours up with bed risers when cutting lots. It's mush easier to store risers and you still can use your same space. Set risers next to leg, lift table end and push in place with foot .
