If you are really interested in a sit down like a Tiara, I can tell you that I bought mine used, with hardly any stitches on it, including a stitch regulator, a bunch of books and rulers and an overlay for less than half of what you quoted above by snooping on Craigslist in nearby large cities. It runs like a charm and I've never had a moments trouble with it. And boy, does it do wall hangings!!!!
