Connie, did ecorugpads.com send you the size you ordered? I ordered from them too and what they sent me was short 2" in both directions. I emailed them and told them I needed the exact size I ordered, for my ironing board. They were prompt to reply and are sending out another pad, but look at what he told me in his reply:

"No worries I will have another pad cut to your specifications sent out today. In the future you can specify not to cut the pad smaller in the special instruction box."

!!!!! Ridiculous, or what? So it's my fault, because I didn't tell them not to cut it smaller than what I ordered! I wonder what else you have to tell them not to do.

Just wanted to mention that, in case anyone else does business with them. Their prices are reasonable, but what you get is a rug pad... not a pressing mat. It is a little less dense (you can fold it). I ordered the 3/8" thick size, and it seems adequate for pressing.
