GailG, the avatar is the first quilt I have ever made. My grandson wanted to make a quilt for his 5 grade project. The studies had been studying Underground
Railroad. He decided the two of us could make a quilt with each block telling part of the story. We had a great time making it, although I did get a bit anxious a few times. Oh, he made an A + on the project. He cut out and also sewed on the project.
