I am an RN and worked labor and delivery for years (now retired) and have used lubriderm exclusively. We wash our hands so much that my hands always felt dry. And the gloves made it even worse. The powder in gloves has been taken out for the most part but still the sweating will make your hands red.
It is not oily and it rubs in well. Love this lotion.
