yep, the feed dog knob screams, modern machine from Asia. It will prolly have a serial # starting with N under the bed. I've seen a few, never messed with one. Some say they are OK, but a bit noisy. Singer 99 manual will kinda cover what you need but the stich control is like a Singer 15.
I had the same presser foot pressure button adjustment, set up on an old White sewing machine that came in it’s original solid oak cabinet. It was an Art Deco design, and came with an inkwell built in, and a slot to store the quills. That could be a clue to the age of yours maybe? Mine was original to the time period.
