Reading this especially helped me. I recently, read yesterday, cut what my brain foggy from being sick for too long was a fat-eighth, 30 of them for an exchange. I knew something was off but said, no this is a F8. Only to realize, uhmmm no and today I had to go buy more fabric, wash and cut to the correct F8 for an exchange.

So in reading what happened to you, I have compassion and also I know I am not alone in making big mistakes.
