I can honestly say I never buy fabric with a particular quilt in mind. I do it the other way around. I have terrible impulse control when it comes to buying fabric. But I'm a happy camper
I rarely save scraps although I do have some of fabrics I really love. I don't toss them though. I give them new homes.
