I really don't know the name of this panel I added the blue border and the wide polka dot to but this is the second one for the fundraiser/auction. I free motioned or stipple quilted on a regular (small throat) sewing machine. The front looks good but my back has a few 'bubbles' would you rip it out or leave as it is? I hope you can see it enough to tell. Also, it is squared up. I know it doesn't seem so, the way I have it pinned on the curtain rod and also, the chevron ran at an angle.
