I fold them like FQ and put them in plastic see thru drawers. I am never sure when I may take a class that takes a lot of little pieces. Who knows.
Second this. There are some sold by Container Store that are perfect for fat eights and similar sizes. And they are stackable so I keep them on a shelf in a book case next to the bigger cuts.
