When I was program chair for our guild, we had a couple of backup programs which we used as programs in year number 2 as chairman. One was computer resources you can use. We distributed a list of resources we found interesting on the computer and gave them the website addresses. We were co chairs so we actually used our laptop, connected to the internet and visited the sites. The members could then figure out which ones the wanted to visit. Our other back up was a Christmas in September ( could be any month). We did gift ideas that we had used, gave the website for the patterns and served Christmas cookies. We made a big bag like Santa's bag and pulled the ideas out of the bag. We did quilting game night, did some games that involved quilting. Put the group in teams and used it as a getting to know you. Last month our program canceled the day of the meeting and our club president did a quilt trivia. Asking a long time member to share a quilt journey is also a suggestion depending on how close the meeting is. Good luck.
