Why don't you use the washable crayola markers--they totally wash out and you don't have to finish your project in a hurry. I even use the washable markers from the "Everything's a Dollar" store--the pack costs $1 and I've had great success with them. I am now drawing designs on a lap quilt for FMQ them...I have a heavy schedule this week, so it will be a few days before I can actually start the sewing.
