Peckish, you are right! Jasmine Heirlooms was absolutely the one. Not sure why I thought it started with an R. The link to Malia's Needle had a lot of information but it appears the store may be closed. Anyway, I am now on the lookout for one of these. Sometimes you can do a search with the item and part of the name and your friend Google will find it for you. I searched for "R quilting hoop" since you said you thought it started with R, and Google found Norwood quilting hoops.
