I've used it at least twice for backs, once a couple of years ago and once this past summer. The one was long-arm quilted, the recent one on a domestic machine.
Both times it handled very nicely and has held up as well as the more expensive fabrics on the top. I prewash and it was fine after washing, no bad raveling or other issues.
