I used a piece of cotton jersey knit as backing...actually didn't work too bad, but did cause a few ripples..not my normal choice of backing but a sure way to get rid of some fabric on a quilt that may get used as a camping quilt. The quilt was FMQ on a LA with what I call an organic zig zag 4 to 7 inches wide.

And no more scraps of homespun...the bits left over will be passed on to someone else. Good feeling to get these done!
