Did you search for it from the QB search box? There has been a glitch in the system for some time. There are several ways to get the text and pictures to show up, once one has the address. The easiest way for me is to click on the refresh icon (the circle shaped arrow next to the address bar).
Since OP is new, I'm wondering if they know how to subscribe to the thread. Or it could be since they haven't gotten any definitive responses, may have just given up?
