My DH, who doesn't like broccoli very much, enjoyed Copy Cat Panera Broccoli Cheddar Soup: https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/235874/copycat-panera-broccoli-cheddar-soup/ I discovered that it freezes very well, too.
