Maple Season

Found this recipe over the winter and it is yummy! For spring lettuce and might even work for coleslaw dressing.

3 parts mayonnaise
2 parts maple syrup
1 part vinegar

Blend till smooth and serve over fresh spring greens.

Yummy!
