weighted long ruler
I recently saw a man on t.v. cutting six layers of fabrics into strips. he had a regular long ruler plus one that seemed weighted. he used the weighted one to smooth the fabric, the regular one to see where he wanted to cut, then the weighted one to actually cut with, I think. i cannot think of the name... anyone?? oh it has a handle too!
