I love the Kentucky derby, the celebrations, the hatted ladies. It's all so exciting even though I have lived in the midwest all my life. There is a romanticism aura about the entire race season leading up to the Belmont Stakes. The quilt is amazing and so wonderful. Your quilting, which is always amazing, compliments this quilt so beautifully. I wish it were mine. Now reality sets in and I'll go back to doing what I do stitch by stitch.
