Cindy, as guild membership gets older they no longer want to do all the work involved. If there are younger members that don't want to do the work then your guild turns into more of a friendship and visiting platform. I think it would be wise to let the guild shows stop and for those that would enjoy it just organize a trip to visit another show. The ones that do shows as a business are ever increasing it seems to me.
