I watched one of Kimberly's videos and she said why they have to charge that. Something to do with their system.

That is someone talking out the side of their mouth. The system (computer program) can be changed to .00 instead of .99. The system doesn't care what the amount is if an amount has to be entered. Not many systems require a fee be added unless it was intentional. I don't mind paying a small one time fee but to say it has to be done for the system is true but it was planned that way.
