https://www.woodenspools.com/about-us/ (Not affiliated with link) they buy "stash fabric" and I think they might have a line of new fabric, I have heard of people trying to find fabric to finish a quilt and hadn't been able to find a "proper match" until finding something that would work there. It has been quite a while since I have actually been in there.
