Thank you for all of your feedback! I have a photo from Maui with a mama turtle and 3 littles trailing after her on the sand, which I am trying to recreate. I think I am liking the turtles more this morning. I will machine applique them without fusing them down in case I change my mind. The quilt feels “ lopsided” to me without something grounding the light corner.......
