My floor is cement and I use two layers of the interlocking tiles that I bought at Harbor Freight. They have been known to shift when I accidently move them. I do have to move them back together from time to time, but they are wonderful and fairly inexpensive, and totally worth their weight in gold. My feet love them.
edited to add: I have them along the entire front side and the same on the back. One layer of the tiles wasn't enough to keep my feet from hurting.
