I had one with .15 cents due and then yours. I have a pic of it, but it was deleted because of the address.
I think the post office is off their meds. LOL I've never had a problem, either. So please don't worry yourself over it. I think this was the second package you sent me that had it due. And it could be because they were all on one side of the envelope? The one without a card. Again, not a big deal. You're doing just fine!!!
