The few days that I thought it would take to tidy my sewing space has turned into weeks for all sorts of reasons but I persevere. Today as I listen to the audiobook "the life-changing magic of tidying up" by Marie Kondo, I have been cutting fabric scraps up to FQs. The 2" strips stack was 3" high, 2.5" strips 2" high and the tumbler size pieces came to around 80. The basket was overflowing when I started this process. Here are the cutting results from this morning. I have tomorrow's pieces ironed and ready to go. The "let go" pile is ongoing and the trimmings for pet beds is growing. Now to sew for a few hours and finish UFO borders on a scrappy.
