Looks like it sais "319W" from the first picture.
Here is a link to another machine; this model came in black, beige and pale green. It needs a new timing belt and a bit of sorting out. The timing belt can be a bit expensive, some love this model others have a few complaints. I think there is a replacement bobbin case that allow you to use regular 130 needles, but some insist it needs the original 206 needles to stitch perfectly. The info and feedback on this model are a bit conflicting, but it looks like some have managed to sort out any issues they found with it.
