Machines like this turn up now and then, near me not very often at all. Usually they are in good enough condition for a DIY clean up, repair and it's up and running again. The tricky thing with these can be timing. Just a basic service today is much more than many are willing to spend on a new sewing machine, which is totally wrong thinking if you want a good capable machine.
