At the top of this page you will see "Forum" - click on that then scroll down to "pictures". At the top of that page you will see "+ post new thread". This is where you can start a new thread. Now, I don't know how to add pictures so first you'll have to research how to post pictures.
On top right of each page there is a small, white search box that might find that for you.
