You have to use their blades in the cutter because the notches at the center of most blades will ruin the Martelli bolt.
In mine, too. I think it's ridiculous how much they cost and how quickly they dull. I know I use a blade too long for that reason, but I don't like to think I'm being extorted because of my hobby! I put rotary blades in the same category as printer ink cartridges!
