And I prefer to eat as natural based as possible so very little processed food for me.

I'm not opposed to eating meat-free though. I have several main dishes that are meat-free and I'll try lots of things in restaurants as well. Just don't care to eat imitations....
I can’t speak for vegans or vegetarians as I’m not one, but I’ll try to explain my point of view. I like burgers. I like chicken burgers and fish burgers. I no longer want to eat red meat for health and environment reasons. I find the veggie burgers a good alternative as it satisfies my desire for a burger. I don’t think of it as imitation meat; to me it’s a tasty, healthy vehicle for all the condiments that I enjoy.
