I'm sorry you had problems with your Juki. I just bought the same model to replace my Janome 6500 which no longer has parts available. I find that very frustrating since the machine came out 20 years ago. I still have my Singer 305A which was made in 1955 and I can buy all of the parts I want. I decided I wasn't going to spend $4,000 for a machine that becomes obsolete in 20 years.
