I must have some bad math skills because I don't see how one can get 7 FQ out of 1 3/4 yards of fabric. Isn't a fat quarter 18" x 22"? I'm thinking 1 1/2 yard for 6 FQ, to get 7FQ you'd need another 1/2 yard piece. Otherwise you'd would get a fat 8th out of the remaining 1/4 yard left from 1 3/4 yards of fabric. Same goes for the 19 FQ's, you can't get a fat quarter out of a 1/4 of fabric.
